Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British musician and a vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He was born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School which is where he formed his own group of musicians with 3 classmates. The band he called the White Eskimo. After winning the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to a stellar performance, they were also a part of the Battle of Bands in the Battle of Bands 2010. He was always interested in music, but also wanted to work as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even scout. He was employed in a local bakery part-time in order to provide for his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the 2010 auditions to The X Factor. This is why his group had to separate. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he join of a brand new group, One Direction. The other band members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that formed in the year 2010. The group played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group became one of the candidates to be the winner. The band was in the third position behind Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle and won. Even though Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell agreed to pay 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with Syco Records. Syco record label.
