Kari Samantha was an American actress, singer (born on April 28 1967). Wuhrer's career began as she was still a teenager. Her most famous role is Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders; and the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). Her family has given her three brothers. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs, sneaking away from the family in order to do so. She began studying acting at her 13th birthday at Wooster School. She then pursued drama at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts alongside renowned teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer is an American actor, model and singer. Kari is one of the three youngest children. The singer was in nightclubs when she was an teen, sneaking away from the home to perform. She took drama classes at Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with a drama teacher known for her work as Uta. Kari got into acting while she was still in the teen years. She had her first major break with MTV Remote Control in 1987.
